Dear Marching Band Parents, 

We have several important updates / reminders:

(1) The camp fee & Marching Band Contract are due no later than Monday, May 1. Directions are below & a video is attached on how to pay.  This must be paid on time for the food order and to order the correct size for the custom tops for next year’s show.

The Marching Band Contract should be completed by the parent(s) please and can be found HERE

(3) Reminder that our required pre-camp (for students) is on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 9am – 3pm in the RM band room.

(4) Please see update from Kristen Cherry on corporate sponsorship below. 


Here are the steps for camp registration / paying camp fee:

Go to this website to begin (it will open in a new tab): https://az-mesa.intouchreceipting.com/

1. Login into the portal using the link above

2. Choose your student

3. Under Shop/Donate click on “Items at Student’s School”

4. If you are directed to a list of categories, click on “Marching Band Camp”

5. If not, click on High School and then Red Mountain High, then “Marching Band Camp”

6. Select the TOP OPTION 8122 MBand Camp” and click on “Add”

7. Click on “Checkout” in the top right corner

8. Click on “Checkout Step 1-Additional Info”

9. Fill out the form for lunch choice and t-shirt size

10. Click on “Checkout Step 2: Payment”

12. Fill out the checkout form and hit “Pay Now”
